How do you handle compliance review?

Does our legal/comms team need to be involved in every post?
That's entirely up to them. Once we've established the legal framework together most legal teams find they don't need to review every piece of content. We adapt to whatever level of involvement your team wants.
How do we make sure posts don't create regulatory or reputational exposure?
We don't start writing until we understand your regulatory environment. We map out what's permissible, what requires review, and what's off-limits entirely. That framework is agreed upfront and built into our process. Content is written within those boundaries before it ever reaches review.
What does getting started look like?
A 90-minute discovery session, then 30 minutes a month from you. We handle everything in between - writing, approving, scheduling, posting. Most clients are live within two weeks.
What if I don't like a piece of content?
You give feedback and we rewrite it. Getting the voice right takes a few iterations — that's normal and expected. The approval step exists precisely for this. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
What do you write about?
During discovery we define the content pillars that match the personal brand you want to stand for. From there we proactively suggest topics every month. At least one or two posts come directly from you — a voice note is enough. We take it from there and write it.
Is there a trial available?
No - we don’t offer free trials. Ripple is a hands-on, high-involvement service built around strategy, creative direction, and personalized execution. Every partnership starts with a clear plan and a dedicated team, not a test run.

For companies activating multiple leaders, pricing is custom based on team size. And if you want to upskill your team in a single session, the Ripple Workshop is a one-time €4,500.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-ins. We want clients who stay because they see the value — not because they're trapped. Most do stay, because the results become obvious. But that's always their choice to make.
