Role Description
As a Sales Representative at Ripple, you’ll be the bridge between our brand and the business leaders who need it most. You’ll identify potential clients, start smart conversations, and guide them through how Ripple can elevate their visibility and impact.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and direct introductions.
- Understand client goals and challenges, and position Ripple’s services as tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to craft proposals and onboarding plans.
- Keep CRM systems up to date and report pipeline progress clearly.
- Represent Ripple with warmth, clarity, and credibility at every step.
What We’re Looking For
You have experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, media, or professional services. You’re confident starting conversations with senior executives, listening carefully, and guiding them through complex decisions with ease.
You thrive in environments where quality matters more than volume. You’re organized, persuasive, and comfortable working independently within a fast-growing team.
