Role Description
As a Data Analyst at Ripple, you’ll own the analytics that fuel our strategy, performance tracking, and client reporting. You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that help us refine content performance, measure visibility, and understand what drives real influence online.

What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and web analytics tools.
- Build dashboards and reports that track content performance and client visibility metrics.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for internal and client use.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across campaigns and platforms.
- Collaborate with the AI and strategy teams to integrate insights into tools and workflows.
- Continuously refine how Ripple measures and reports impact — both qualitative and quantitative.
What We’re Looking For
You have experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence. You’re fluent in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau, and comfortable working with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or Python.
You understand that data isn’t just numbers — it’s stories waiting to be told. You’re detail-oriented, communicative, and able to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
