Role Description
As a Copywriter at Ripple, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process — crafting sharp, human, and brand-aligned stories that make complex ideas feel simple and engaging. From executive voice development to thought leadership and campaign messaging, your words will shape how our clients are seen across industries.
We’re looking for someone who combines creative instinct with strategic thinking. You’ll translate insights and ideas into compelling copy that performs across platforms — from LinkedIn and brand campaigns to websites and internal narratives. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and our AI and media teams to create content that feels real, refined, and results-driven.
Ripple values clarity over fluff, storytelling over slogans, and human connection over corporate jargon. If you love writing with purpose — and you understand how tone and rhythm can define a brand — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit content for executive personal brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with strategists and clients to define tone, story, and messaging direction.
- Translate strategy into narratives that feel authentic, consistent, and commercially strong.
- Work with design and content teams to align copy with visual storytelling.
- Use AI tools where relevant to improve workflow, not replace creativity.
- Continuously refine your craft based on feedback, results, and evolving brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a copywriter who thinks beyond words — someone who understands positioning, emotion, and business impact. You should be comfortable writing for senior audiences, confident managing multiple projects, and able to move between creative storytelling and precise corporate messaging with ease.
You have experience writing long- and short-form content, ideally within branding, marketing, or communications environments. Familiarity with B2B, personal branding, or agency work is a plus.
If you can turn strategy into sentences people actually want to read — and you thrive in a team that values structure, creativity, and authenticity — we’d love to hear from you.
